Q: HOW MANY PLANS ARE THERE & HOW DO THEY WORK?
A: There are 4 plans, a 12, 6, 3 and month to month plan
ALL PLANS ARE A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AND AUTO BILL EACH MONTH
When you sign up, you are responsible for completing the duration of your plan.
If you need to cancel early (applies to 12, 6, 3 month plans) early cancellation fees may apply.
Q: WHAT IS THE PRICE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PLANS?
A: The 12-month plan is a pre-paid plan at $396 (breaks down to $33 a month).
The 6-month plan is $35 a month.
The 3 month plan is a pre-paid plan at $111 (breaks down to $37 a month).
The Month to Month plan is $39.
The longer term you sign up for, the better the discount on the plan. All boxes ship free in the U.S!
Q: DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?
A: Yes, we ship globally and are working on getting better shipping rates. Canada shipping is $18.00 usd
Q: I NEED TO SKIP A MONTH, CAN I DO THAT?
A: Yes, we are always willing to accommodate our pig pals. If you're on a 12-month plan we can skip up to 3 months for you. If you're on a 6-month plan we can skip 2 months for you. Month to month plan can skip as many months as needed.
Q: WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE PLANS? CAN I DO THAT?
A: Yes, but only if you're on a month to month plan. Month to month plans can be changed to a 6 or 12-month plan. Please reach out to our customer support team to make these changes.
PIG PAL REWARDS PROGRAM
Q: WHAT ARE PIG PAL POINTS?
A: Pig Pal points is a rewards program that customers can accumulate points for referrals, purchases and more. Points can be redeemed for discount codes.
Q: HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR PIG PAL POINTS?
A: There is a button in the bottom right-hand corner of the website that you can click and sign up for rewards.
Q: HOW ARE PIG PAL POINTS ACCUMULATED?
A: For every $1 spent, $3 points are earned. There are also point values assigned for actions you take, like referring a friend, following @oinkboxes on Twitter, Facebook, & Instagram.
Q: HOW CAN PIG PAL POINTS BE REDEEMED?
A: Discount codes can be used once enough points are accumulated. Discounts codes only apply to one time purchases and can not be directly used on subscriptions. If you want to apply a code to a recurring monthly subscription plan, please email the support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can redeem points by clicking the button in the lower right corner, signing in and clicking rewards.
Q: WHAT ARE THE REWARDS I CAN REDEEM?
A: Points can be redeemed for discount codes, 5% off, 10% off, that go towards subscriptions. $5 off that go towards 1-time purchases. If you would like to redeem codes for a monthly subscription plan, please email the support team at
BILLING + ACCOUNTS
Q: I NEED TO UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD, SHIPPING OR BILLING ADDRESS, HOW DO I DO THAT?
A: You can make any account changes by logging into your account. See the steps below. ALL CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE BY THE 10th OF EACH MONTH TO TAKE EFFECT.
Q: WHAT IF I CAN'T PAY FOR MY PLAN ANYMORE?
A: Please reach out to our customer support team (email@example.com) right away! They will be able to work with you on finding the best solution. We are always willing to work with our pig pals, case by case.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ACCOUNT IS IN FAILED BILLING STATUS?
A: You will receive several emails alerting you that your account is failed. The system auto bills 5 days in a row before it resets. We will keep trying to reach you. If your is more than 2 months in failed billing, you refuse to reach out and have not brought your account current, you will be notified that your account is being sent to a 3rd party agency to attempt to collect the debt you owe. By not completing your term, or paying the cancellation fee, you would be in direct violation of our terms of service, which you agreed to when you signed up.
BOXES + ITEMS
Q: WHAT IS THE TOOLBOX?
A: The Toolbox is the first box you get. It has basic essentials to help you build a better bond with your pig(s). It comes with a blanket, scratcher, 2 snacks and 2 IQ treat dispensing toys. Unless you add this month's box, the toolbox replaces the monthly box.
Q: HOW DO I ADD THIS MONTH'S BOX?
A: There is an option to add the box before checkout. If you opted out, but later want to add it, you can email the support team at
Q: CAN I CHANGE ITEMS IN THE BOX?
A: If you have special requests or allergies, you can reach out to our customer support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) to swap products. If there is a certain snack or toy your piggy doesn't like, again reach out and we can sub out for something else.
SHIPPING + TRACKING
Q: WHEN DO BOXES SHIP OUT?
A: Monthly boxes ship out around the 15th of each month. Toolboxes are generally shipped right away.
Q: HOW DO I CHECK MY TRACKING?
A: Tracking and order information is sent the email associated with your account. You can always log into your account as well, click the order and tracking information will be there too.
Q: WHAT IF MY BOX WAS LOST OR DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?
A: Contact FedEx or USPS to see the status of your package. If your package cannot be sent to you, and/or is lost please file a claim with the carrier and send the claim number to our customer support team. We will make a business claim and resend your box. Unfortunately, we cannot do much once your box ships, but we will do everything we can to help you. We have access to the same tracking information you do.
